Figuring out how to be sober alcohol is something a lot of recovering addicts and addicts trying to reach sobriety solo wrestle with. There is no such thing as sober alcohol. You are either sober or you are drinking alcohol. It’s normal for an addict and a recovering addict to negotiate with their addiction.
